Thirty one year-old Leanne Stefanovic has suffered from kidney problems most of her life.  A kidney failure four years ago caused her to need dialysis for nine hours every day.  She struggled with exhaustion from the daily procedure.  Her family, husband and other friends were tested as possible organ donors, and they discovered that he new husband’s Best Man, Stuart Kilgannon, was the best match.

Kilgannon agreed to donate one of his kidneys, and the procedure was a success.  “I’ve seen Leanne and she looks ten years younger.  Her kidney function is better than mine. To see how she looks is unbelievable,” Stuart said.
